MORE ROOM TO GROW

More than a moment. Support for what comes next.

Every young person has ideas, strengths, and a future worth investing in. But access to guidance, opportunities, and practical resources is not equal.

Second Chance & More exists to help close that gap for youth ages 12–18 in underserved, low-income communities. We believe in meeting young people with respect, helping them recognize their abilities, and equipping them to take their next steps with purpose.

MORE ROOM TO GROW

Real skills. Meaningful connections. New possibilities.

Our eight-week foundational experience begins a continuing journey. Youth stay connected through workshops, mentoring, projects, and leadership opportunities as they grow toward adulthood.

  • Real World Ready: Communication, decision-making, goal-setting, and everyday problem-solving.
  • Money Moves: Budgeting, saving, understanding earnings, and making thoughtful spending choices.
  • My Next Chapter: Discovering interests, exploring pathways, and preparing for future opportunities.
  • Lead the Change: Working with others, finding their voice, and contributing to their communities.
